We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority that means you have the
security of knowing client account reports are carried out by
independent accountants each year and any breach of solicitor accounts
rules are reported to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Further, if the current Principal
is unable to run the Practice through sudden illness or death, the
Solicitors Regulation Authority has the authority to appoint a solicitor or firm to step in and
run the Practice and deal with client’s needs. We in fact have an
arrangement, notified to the Solicitors Regulation Authority, which will ensure minimum
delay in such an eventuality. For more information about the Law Society click here For the latest information on The Law Society HIPs (Home Information Packs) click here For more information about the new Solicitors Code of Conduct click here |

| Why Choose Us? |
| We have around 30 years experience in the law, two thirds of that time as a
qualified solicitor working at a high level in local government and, since
January 2000, as a Principal Solicitor in our own Practice We will agree a fixed fee for legal work undertaken. A fully qualified, experienced solicitor deals with your matter
throughout which means you have the peace of mind that problems will be
identified early and suitable solutions put forward for your approval. |
| A client took a lease of premises on terms that we
advised against, meant she would be working to enrich the Landlord instead of
herself. The client took on the lease nevertheless, as it’s her right to
have the final decision. The client came back a year later however asking to be negotiated out of the lease because, she agreed we had been right, she was making a loss because of the onerous terms of the lease. We used our best endeavours and managed to agree closure as economically as possible for the client. |
